Other Employee Benefits

Life and disability insurances are typically the most commonly offered employee paid voluntary benefits followed by accident, critical illness and hospital indemnity insurances.  Our experience is rather than offering a wide variety of voluntary benefits to employees, it is better to offer a select few.  Employees tend to get overwhelmed with too many choices, there is the potential employees overindulge resulting in a higher payroll deduction than they prefer and more work time is lost explaining the additional benefits to employees.

If there is high interest in other benefits  and the employer wishes to offer them (pet insurance, prepaid legal, identity theft protection, etc.), we are more than happy to assist with the enrollment of those benefits, too.
